1. Products

GoldTime develops native iOS apps focused on productivity, time management, and habits. Some features may require an internet connection or rely on third-party services.

2. Accounts & Usage

If an app requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Purchases, Subscriptions & Consumables

If an app offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple. Billing, renewals, refunds, and subscription management are handled according to Apple’s policies and your Apple account settings.

4. Credits and personalized models

Credits are digital usage units for GoldTime apps. They are non-transferable, have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. SoundClass detection and model-training features may consume credits. AI recognition can be affected by noise, distance, device placement and available training data.

5. SoundClass safety limitations

SoundClass is an assistive sound-recognition tool, not an emergency, medical or safety-critical alert system. Do not rely on it as your only method of detecting hazards or important events.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, brand, design, and related content are owned by GoldTime or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GoldTime products are provided “as is” and may include bugs or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldTime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website.
